During winter morning what I enjoy the most is basking in the morning sunshine,it not only gives me a free supply of vitamin D that I’m deficient in,but also the needed energy all through the tiring dull and dry winter days.
Last week while I was on my regular meditation session, happened to see the rays of sun seeping through the roof of my neighbourhood , falling on my window pane, most of it obstructed by the huge Gulmohar tree ,I have outside my window.
This very sight , reminded me that monsoon was long over ,and winter in it’s onset offering me a lesson that ,life is a mix of good ,bad and somewhere in between situations.Howmuch ever one may like ,this too shall pass over, similarly what we detest does not stay for ever.
These shadow emerging ,creating dark shades followed by bright sunshine, mirroring life which also lies somewhere in the midst of two extreme points
I kept staring and pondering at the sight which taught me the powerful lesson of nothing is permanent . Also, that most of answers to our questions are just here, all we need is a mind to reflect and we can unravel the most complex of issues or questions.
