I came with this idea of sharing my own schedule ,basis on my work experience which is mostly into remote working as an online Life Coach .

I did worked for me and like any good practice may work for many of you.

The problem of what next is a common question that lingers on many who do work at home ,remotely and more so on their own , so today, when a majority is pushed to work for a prolonged period in a different set up,getting accustomed to the new normal may take some time .

And for those who have always been a workaholic , an avid traveler or someone who find escape in their work ,which most of us do , may find it all the more difficult to suddenly change !

But friends , change is here to stay , at least for some good amount of time ,so ,instead of resisting it , a good idea would be to accept it ,and simply live with it ,because as an opportunity cost a lot is at stake

Here is a link to my schedule for next 21 days , I created it in a simple spreadsheet, which after creating it, gave me a sense of direction to move ahead, because now I had something to look forward to each day ,and I have a plan for every single day .I’m sorted !

You can create your own schedules , the idea is to plan ahead ,so that we do not get carried away by the constant bombardment of what if’s scenario from an uncertain future.

Change is the only constant in Life

Greek Philosopher – Heraclitus

This technique is a way to look forward to our coming days with hope, and positive outlook ,with a firm conviction that we shall pass this tide soon and for good ,and reemerge much better ,relaxed and a strong tribe of human species.

To the success of entire human beings!
