Many years ago , one day while leaving my office,I could smell a fragrance very known to me .
I turned around and saw ,a long row of bushes ,neatly manicured were being watered .
I took a closer look and bend to smell the plant,the fragrance took me 30 years back when I was 5 years old,and would accompany my aunt to a nearby garden in the premises of the High Court of Hyderabad.
My aunt especially on Sundays used to take us to the High court premises and my favorite activity was to slide down the long slopes attached to the staircases .
As an #HSP Highly sensitive person and a nature aficionado ,I soaked my self so much into the environment that even TODAY , if I close my eyes I can still view all of it crystal clearly, including the fragrance of the same plant which I smelled 30 years later outside my corporate office at DLF City in Hyderabad.
What we savor ,always stays with us , it not only brings in positive experience to relive but also best memories to cherish on.

- Create a Savor journal,and collect all pleasant experiences you have enjoyed the most
- Do it for a month and share with your loved ones
- Ask your friends and family members to do so and share their experiences with you .
When we cultivate the habit of recording pleasant experiences like a savor journal, you will find yourself looking for positivity even in the daily mundane aspect of life .
Reliving positive experiences ,finding positive in the daily grind of life is a single most contributing factor towards our well being ,keeping us healthy ,happy and prosperous.
