Label your emotions.
It might appear simple ,but doing so on a regular basis ,will assist you
Connect with your inner “Self”
Identify thought patterns which repeat
Explore why it repeats
Understand the underlying layers of reason
What’s Next ?
Then ask your “Self”?
What do you want to do about it ?
