We all want change
We all seek change
We all hope and aspire to change
We all envision a positive change
We all need change
If I were to ask you to list top five or seven things you want to change about your spouse, partner , significant other , parent , sibling , the next door neighbor or your not so friendly boss , in a fraction of second you would come up with not five ,seven but a long list of all that these respective people need to change.
The same activity I ask you now to think only about your “Self” you may find it difficult and may need time to pin point on several part of you and your personality ,which need to change
Why ?
As a basic tendency, most of us are hardwired to easily find faults with others , and when it is our turn , since , we rarely know our self , this becomes a difficult work .

I found myself stuck for a very long time in my life ,I stayed in jobs which never paid me my worth , I put with bosses who were envious and politically manipulative , I put up with colleagues despite my values never resonated with theirs .
Why ? Because I was
- Afraid of the unknown
- Comfortable in my comfort zone
- Did not wanted the status quo to change
- Never knew my inner self
- Never took ownership and responsibility of my Self
It took me several years , and major failures to reach a point to realize , that what I hope and envision for , starts with me .
The day I owned my self ,changed my world !

If you find yourself stuck, trapped or caught up in a vicious web of same repeated patterns ,for a very long period of time in life , it is time to pause and reflect.
Own yourself and seek help in doing so, remember there is no other way out.
