The best way to start the New Year ,is not about following a trend and making resolutions.

Instead ,take time to reflect ,because the year that just went by was extremely different from any other year.

Give yourself the Gift of time, sit down, pause and reflect.

Another very simple way of doing it is on a piece of paper

Write down Family, Relationship, Career, Money ,Health and Happiness

and answer 3 simple questions

1.Which area NEED the most attention and stand neglected

2.Which area are you extremely grateful for ?

3.What need to be Let Go and what needs to be held on to ?

Now, read your responses ,Remember , your response also holds solution to what you are seeking .
