It’s end of January 2021,soaking in the Sun is no longer a pleasurable activity , my back at the receiving end of sunshine begins to feel uncomfortable , as the Sun gets warmer by the day .
The pleasantness of warmth of a winter sun is replaced by burning sensation penetrated through clothes and color of it, reminding that soaking in the sun activity ,either it needs to be advanced to more early hours of the sun rising , or simply not do it.
With my not so warm experience , I sit in silence and reflect on change ,recall all those pleasant memories ,which I had in the past three months and find everything around me ,including myself undergoing a sea of change. The sky is now more clear and blue, the fog dissipated ,the wind holding warmth than chill, the Sun a bit brighter and warm, the days getting longer ,the nights reduced in duration, the plants have started to look more dry if not watered on time, floral fragrance in full bloom.
While reflecting on my inner self, I ended up realizing , January is the month I grew a year older ,and find myself more wise and centered with my thoughts ,more accepting and less expecting ,perhaps a sign ,age is fast catching up, when experience and maturity influence more than the biological age.
Life is a balance of holding on and letting go!Rumi
Positive outcomes, good results ,pleasant experiences ,in any form , be it with our partner , parents, siblings, children, or friends. Success at work, assignments in job, celebrating important milestones in life, are some of very common things ,we all seek and want.
On the other end, encountering hardships, setbacks, challenges, stressful situations , which life keeps throwing too often ,in it, all we want and seek, is instant and permanent ways to get out of it.
Whatever be the scenario, simply remember this .
Change is , we may resist , not like it , like it, welcome it ,not want it to change ,hold on to it or desperately seek it to change ,regardless of the response it SIMPLY continues to Change.
The nature of Change is automatic, ongoing and permanent.
