The dull humid and very warm summers of South India , can sometimes be very hard both on mind and body. Environment does have an impact on our psyche , as much on our digestive system and our overall well being . Being a nature’s aficionado ,I run a deep connect with nature , which has always played a predominant role in my life affecting me both in body, mind and spirit.
This rainfall, that you find in the video below was special to me, because it exactly came in an hour when after months of struggle in my business , I finally succeeded in finding my biggest breakthrough , the days of my struggle gave me growth , but were the most difficult and testing period of my life , which sometimes even brought me to a brink ,where I thought of quitting it all , or simply giving up!
This rainfall has an uncanny resemblance to my state of mind which was tired after a long exhaustive search , in dire need of relief and respite. Thus as it rained after a long spell of harsh summer , I was sitting at my desk engrossed in some other work, with the least expectations of such a heavy downpour , and then what I experienced, it was just within fraction of seconds the whole scene changed from warm and humid to a pleasant windy day, washing away the despair with every droplet.
Nature is not just one of the best teacher, it also at times act as a coach motivating, and offering hope , reminding us , regardless of hard the problem may seem , there is a possible solution always available, it may take some time , in some cases more time , but everything changes and does not stay in its state forever .
Along with the breakthrough , I enjoyed the rain ,with a renewed sense of hope and trust.
Reminding myself the quote from Dalai Lama below .
Nothing is permanent
