Continuing on from the last blog post on the same topic

& from the first of our previous conversation.

This is the last in the series of learning a method designed by BJ Fogg on building habits.

You will find this method useful, especially if you are going through a rough patch in life, and struggle to find a way out of the inevitable cycle of stress you find yourself in.

Here’s a very simple method to combat our daily stressors.

Fogg calls it the Pearl Habit – Creating beauty from irritations.

The basic practice is the same, just that, in a pearl habit, you may have, your anchor moments triggering in from a negative experience of emotion, which is then immediately followed by a positive practice, if it sounds way too simple, let me reiterate, this is a well-tested method to rewire your brain away from negativity.

Below are a few examples, from my own practice.

It is also experienced, that it is far easier to write the (After I) and (I will), and most people find themselves stuck in how they celebrate, that can be made easier by introducing anything that makes you feel good, remember it’s a habit you are establishing so the celebration( the reward point) can be as tiny as the habit itself.

Keep practicing.

Here’s to a more healthy and successful life, as you embark on becoming a Habiteer ( a term Fogg assigns to anyone who practices Tiny Habits designed by him )
