During my initial years as a Coach, when I would be waiting for prospects to turn up on calls or be available for my session, there were many a time, when people did not turn up after the first call or would have several questions before they sign up or enroll in my coaching assignment.
The early years of struggle left me to believe, finding clients were one of the most difficult things and I stayed stuck in this thought for a while.
Later on, it was my business coach who assisted me to break this belief, as a result, I became from a coach in search of prospects to a coach, with a long list of roster filled with clients and still counting.
When I explored the real reason, I found the culprit in my own inner conversation, and with the assistance of my business coach, who assisted me in realizing the deep profound effect of my inner dialogue and its manifestation in the real life, something I was experiencing almost on an everyday basis.
My business coach did not give me any magic wand, instead asked me to share with him a detailed inside view of my inner dialogue, very specific to -Finding Clients”, I was in for a great surprise and also deeply disappointed, when I shared with him my responses, filled with a pessimistic and negative view, with a lot of false assumptions.
Reading my own inner dialogue, page after page, helped me understand what I was strongly believing in and how the belief was manifesting in my life, no wonder, I was standing in my own way, refusing to give permission for any good to unfold.
It was only when I made efforts to change the narrative, things again began to change dramatically, not immediately but over a period of time, the search for a prospect which was a struggle, turned out as a beautiful experience of meaningful connections, with so many out there waiting and hungry, to be assisted and served!
What we tell ourselves has a very deep effect on our subconscious mind, which in turn manifests our experiences of life.
If you really want to change your life for good, change your inner narrations, especially when everything is not going right in life.
