Many years ago, as a teenager and as a fresher in the corporate world, I would suffer from bouts of anxiety and vertigo, so much so, that I would often avoid a lot of good work which involved travel or going a bit beyond my comfort zone. Even though my lack of participation ,bought me a sense of safety and security , it did took away from me ,many opportunities, that could have shifted my career trajectory in a better way.
Present day today, I do not have any such episodes of anxiety nor any anxious moments, but these results of today – a peaceful and courageous mind is actually an outcome of a lot of hard work and effort ,gone into it , of my coach and me co-creating the results.
Nothing works in isolation , and whatever we experience todays holds its root in the past !

So, if you are experiencing today , frequent bouts of anxiety, fear, and hopelessness or are constantly confused and not really able to find a way out, check some of these techniques which can bring a lot of help to your anxious mind.
