From being resentful to finding inner peace

Having stayed stuck in my life, in many things and for many many years, to be able to let go, was not an alien concept for me, I knew I had to, however, I never paid any attention to it, because not only I was unaware of the correct method, but I also quite didn’t understand, the impact of clinging to things that no longer served me.

But when the nervous system gave in, leading to chronic episodes of anxiety resulting in a stuck state almost in all spheres of life, is when I decided to take charge.

And,

It was only after lot of rigorous work, with my coach and my own work on myself, I was able to put this into practice, but this was more than a decade ago, where I began with small, tiny things those irked me the most, to then eventually transitioning and practicing “learn to let go” to major issues that needed my attention.

Present day today, there are still issues in my life, I need to let go off, and even though, this is more than a practice, a habit now, yet at times, I still do struggle with some of them, this is for the reason — of the deep emotional connect I hold and the emotional state that changes with time.

So,

If you find yourself stuck in a vicious web, and don’t seem to find a way out, like Samuel, practice the way he learned.
