This is the time of the year when the pattern of the sun’s ray’s spreads over the globe and defines a season for each location.
If it’s sultry warm weather in one location, it’s a welcome spring break for some.
Every season is a new cycle reminding us of the impermanence of anything, regardless of how good or bad things seem, remember nothing lasts forever!
& that every NEW day is an opportunity to renew our intentions and work on our goals and purpose.
So, if you find yourself already 4 months into the new calendar year of 2023, feeling something amiss, the good news is, you can start again.
You just need to say or write I’ve decided ……………………..
Let me go first,
Physical Health – I’ve decided to include Yoga in my evening schedule
Mental Health -I’ve decided to practice mindfulness , beginning by including it in my prayers
Work -I’ve decided to complete the long pending goal to be completed by XYZ date
Pick any one area of your life, in which you have been neglectful and try this
I’ve decided ………………
What you are doing?
you are basically rewriting your script in the subconscious part of the brain(mind) which is the first step to a positive change.
As I write this, in next two days we all be celebrating Eid worldwide, here’s to my readers.
