Self-care begins with first creating awareness, this acknowledgement of those emotions, feelings and thoughts will then assist you to understand what is that your “Self” needs today.
Basis on what you find, then indulge in Self-care activities.
There are plenty of self-care activities, but it may not be what your “self” is looking for, so the more you understand your inner self, the better you can choose your “self” care activities.
My findings, direct me to indulge in self-care activities like meditation, mindfulness, yoga and a few lines in my journal.
