Despite my best efforts, there are some sets of people who are not only successful in testing my patience but also bringing the worse out of me.
Like any other individual, I’m human with my share of weaknesses, which then at times result in being way too frustrated with things, people, and my own self, than required.
Then I ask myself, using my own wisdom and practice of the many self-reflection techniques,
Why I’m so frustrated?
and the answer I found was in one of the techniques.
This was the origin, which made me create a course on it, an online one, this is with the intention to assist anyone who may find themselves in very similar emotional upheaval.

Because, I strongly believe, and practice, that true healing lies always at the root of anything, when you are aware of the root of the problem, it is way easier to deal with any other that stems from it, and the opposite equally holds true which is when we lack awareness of the root cause, no amount of solutions however smart that may be will fetch any feasible results.
As, I coach several individuals, on a daily basis, I’ve found frustrations to be the point of origin, of the many stressors and mental health issues we may encounter and experience later on in life, demanding a very different approach to solving it.
