Some people, events and memories can suddenly put us off, from nowhere, an event, a repressed emotion, an occasion, a fragrance, sometimes even a song can create a trigger and we are reminded of our past, which then cascades down into a chain of stories, one after the other, in form of looping thoughts and very easily ,we are transported back in the same traumatic situation, re-living it again, feeling it again and then going through the same set of emotions and feelings in the present moment.

The same complex set of emotions, and feelings, we have been trying hard to overcome for years.

Phew! isn’t it exhausting?

I go through such emotional roller coaster rides very often, and I’m sure you may also find yourself in very similar situations especially when you recall your past negative experiences.

So, where does this dark tunnel ends? and is there a way out of this vicious cycle.

I found an answer to these questions, in the practice of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is an action, a deliberate one, in which we consciously choose to forgive.

It is always easy to explain than to follow it in action, on the same principle, to advice to forgive may sound spiritual, but to put it into practice an extremely difficult endeavor.

therefore, I designed it into a combined modality of a guided meditation with a visualization that can assist you both forgive and heal.

Come join me and let’s learn to forgive and heal.

To forgive is to set a prisoner free, and discover that the prisoner was you.
