What matters the most to us

During one of my coaching sessions, amidst a thick deep conversation, I found my client was completely heedless and lost in the issue, so to make things simple

I asked, okay let’s divert for a moment

and I want to know, what are your top 5 values in life?

Client; stood silent and confused, struggling to find a response.

To his ease, I asked, what’s the problem and he sheepishly replied, that he fully didn’t understand the question.

What are values?

At his response, I was not surprised, but filled with guilt for putting the poor fellow under intense pressure to rake his mind, while he didn’t even know the meaning of it.

Later on, I did 3 exclusive sessions with him, at no cost to help him understand what Values are and how they impact our life.

This experience taught me many things, but at the core of it, it was the term “value”

I found, that’s often not properly understood by most, and without a proper understanding and articulation, it may be difficult to understand the impact it holds let alone, how it significantly drives our decisions in life.

To simplify it further, I created a learning webinar series on it, and episode 2 is all about it.

through this series

I intend to bring to you a practical way of not only understanding what drives us in life but also the reason why we may find ourselves in a different loop, when we are not aligned with our values per se.

Watch it here , and let me know if you would like to take the conversation ahead.
